Our mutual accountability agreement will keep you on track and motivated to succeed. With two semi-private supervised sessions per week, you'll have plenty of guidance and support. I will also provide a home exercise plan to help you stay on track between sessions. And if you're willing to make necessary lifestyle changes (applicable to your situation), you can achieve even better results.
